This is not the place for you if you are not proactive and take ownership to get things done; Each employee has to consider appveen as their own baby.

Pros

When I joined the company, the environment initially felt positive. The culture and people seemed good, and it appeared to be a place where employees could learn a lot and grow their careers. There are many talented people in the company, and the startup atmosphere can feel energetic and fun in the beginning.

Cons

There is a lot of indirect peer pressure in the company. Since many people work aggressively, others are automatically expected to do the same, which badly affects work-life balance. The workload is too much. Sometimes one person is expected to do the work of 3–4 employees. They should not expect employees to constantly overwork themselves. The biggest issue is the unstable management. Managers keep changing frequently. One manager will ask employees to follow a certain process, guidance, or approach, and after 3–4 months another manager comes in, questions everything, and changes the entire approach again. Then after a few more months, another new manager arrives and changes things once more. The employees working under these managers are the ones who suffer the most because they spend a lot of time and effort adapting to every new management style and direction, only for everything to change repeatedly. The company focuses on things like weekly lunch boxes, HR activities, and fun events, but those do not reduce the actual pressure employees face daily. Employees need proper workload management and support, not just activities for appearance. Some People may think the company has a great culture because it is a startup with many talent, but a lot of it feels overhyped. Office politics exist here as well, and the overall perks and benefits are limited. Management is another weak point. Some managers are arrogant because they have strong product knowledge, and instead of supporting employees properly, they expect everyone to already perform at their level.
