Not welcoming to new hires SO.MUCH.DRAMA. Hire ups act like they have open door policies and they do not. The culture there is the worst I have witnessed. The engineers are overworked and no one listens to what they need to feel supported. Training was a MESS, and when I didn’t understand my job it was put back on me. (There have been 4 people in this position in under 2 years, that’s scary)

My experience with this company was unfortunate. I was brought on as a new hire only to be terminated shortly after. This company does not value educating employees like they claim. The On-boarding process was terribly unorganized resulting in large amounts of downtime with no direction. I also would like to note that they spy on new hires via security surveillance unknown to the employee and will not hesitate to use what they see against you. During the "blocked out training time" the training manager would frequently leave to be a part of other meetings leaving the instruction disjointed and incomplete. I would stay away if you are looking to gain valuable experience as someone looking to start their career. The job posted was for an entry level position however what they are actually looking for is someone with experience willing to be underpaid for the role.
