Great workplace with very supportive leadership and teammates. Excellent work-life balance, flexible working hours, no micromanagement, and a positive culture with no hierarchy. Good opportunities for career growth along with complete remote/WFH flexibility.

Cons

Pay scale can be high, but as it is WFH so it is understandable.
