Typical startup like company with no organised processes
Pros
1. Employee reachability , Everybody is easily reachable even till VP. 2. Friendly work environment and friendly colleagues 3. Company is located in a good and easily commutable area through bus and train.
Cons
1. There is no systematic process for everything only mail communication is followed. 2. Mobile phones are not allowed inside the company,However everybody will be using it in WFH. Removing that policy will be appreciable. 3. There is no employee portal for payslips and things like that and the portal which is present is pathetic. 4. Work culture standard is not followed since the employees are not adviced to be professional. 5. The learning and the skills you develop is very little since there will be no new innovative ideas to work on. You will be doing the same work for centuries. 6. Beware of night shifts.
