      Ping Pong, Snacks. Solitude. The Office, Other Employees.

      Cons

      Management. Company performance, Sales performance. Pay. Shadiness. Lack of Morality. Lack of Ethics. Company direction, Lack of Clarity. Everything good about DBM left with Jay Engstrom, he hasn't been involved since the current management kicked him out year ago. 21 years of my life down the drain, because I hooked my wagon to this burnt out star. The animosity I feel towards this organization knows no bounds. I built everything they've ran on for 21 years, and they kicked me out the door. I truly hope they burn.

      Great People. Fun office environment. Flexible. Can do part of work from home. Family Friendly. Pays for employee (not family) health insurance.

      Cons

      Salaries not competitive with market, but pros make up for it, if you have a kids and basic needs are met.
