      Pros

      - Voice is heard, you can talk to anyone anytime to get queries clarified. - I have been with Datafaction for 4 years and it has been a pleasant experience, people are valued. - Great team, fast paced. - Agile scrum - Always exploring on new technologies. - Nice Pay, good bonus and benefits.

      Cons

      It is close to LAX so long weekends are tough to get in and get out.

      Pros

      I have been working at Datafaction for a bit less than one year and I could not be happier. The company is launching a new software product; it is an exciting but also a challenging time for the company. I have worked at many different companies and job roles in my career and this company is definitely the most rewarding job of my career so far.

      Cons

      Parking and getting into the building can be a bit frustrating at times because of the location next to the airport.
