Pros
Dataflex is quite friendly and helpful to the employees. No undue pressure. Maintain a good relationship b/w teams and employees across the teams
Cons
As of now I don't think any cons. They are active towards the Policy but still overseas trips are quite low in numbers. Customer Details are not exploratory.
