Management has no vision. You are just cheap labour to them. Well not cheap, they think they are paying a lot, but there aren't any facilities to boast of. If you resign, even then they will try to harrass you as much as possible. You might be asked to leave next day or within a week, even if you want serve the notice period. Or you'll be asked to serve the notice period no matter what, even if you want early release. In short it will be opposite of what you want. Worst working environment, if you are in bad books of senior folks like architect. Your every move will be monitored. Toilet breaks too. If you are new to company by default you'll be ill treated. Be ready for mental harrassment. Too much favouritism. Complete blind eye towards favourites. Every action of theirs goes unnoticed, while others are called out for tiniest of the mistakes, humiliated at times in public. Again this is done by the senior most people like architects and managers, even Director take part in it sometimes. Promote fake reviews. Just notice the streaks of reviews on same date.

1)Worst management, no work ethics, no employee care, dictatorship buy top management people, worst HR experience. 2) Management over here cannot just manage 30 40 people remotely and will force there employees to come to office as they are not able to manage the business. 3) Forcing employees to work even if they are in leave or some medical emergency in there home 4) Doesn't value and cares about there employee at all, they just want employees to work like labour and when it comes something in employees favour they keep on delaying and ignoring the things. 5) HR service is worst over here, HR over here are just for bringing you in office and they doesn't care about employees at all. 6) Salary parity is at its peek over here. Even some MTS are earning more than SMTS and leads and that really sucks 7) They will ask for feedback but won't do anything over that feedback. 8) Ask fresher to give postive feedback in Glassdoor. 9) Very ordinary work over here keeps working on old school things. 10) Work life balance sucks. You have to work day and night and in turn they will say worng things to you and will never appreciate your work.
