There are free food and snacks.

Cons

Inexperienced and greedy management. No training. Low pay. Very low morale. Fear culture is real here. Idea for the platform is clever, but it does not work and I am pretty sure the product is illegal as well. AE's are selling an idea rather than the product. Churn rate is high. These 5-star reviews were posted by management or employees were bribed to post them. Employees are fired or let go constantly.

Don't fall for the fake reviews

Like any other company if you ask the right people the right questions you may learn a thing a thing or two.

Cons

Like others said; most if these reviews are fake. Executives at the company ask employees to leave positive reviews, and even had the audacity to put a clause in their exit paperwork that would prevent former employees from leaving negative Glassdoor reviews! The company pays average wages for the region and they are VERY proud of that...don't expect to get an above average wage working here. CEO is dragging the company down as he is not willing to give up control, or take the necessary steps for the companies overall success. Engineers are micromanaged and belittled by the CEO. Most of the engineering jobs have been outsourced, which has resulted in a subpar product and unhappy customers.

- Product is decided by the CEO and sales people only. We even sell things we don't have, yet - Managers do not mold you, they just manage you - Culture of fear
