On a positive note, we glad to hear you took advantage of our various company sponsored activities and were able to have some fun with your colleagues. Many of our employees attest to appreciating our collaborative culture, our open-door policy and our welcoming of new ideas and feedback, so I am sorry to see that we seemed to have missed the mark here for you. We will continue to host regular off-site events, to organize department lunches with the executive management team, and are always open to other suggestions on how we can better connect our staff to executives. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. I am sorry to hear you feel limited in your growth potential and are not getting the proper level of coaching from your manager. I am happy to make the time to speak with you further to provide some career-pathing advice and/or to hear more details about how your experience with Dataprise is not meeting your expectations. It is certainly our goal to make sure your voice is heard in a confidential manner with no fear of retaliation. As a company, we learn from you as well. Regarding the new office, we highly encourage all employees to take advantage of it. In fact, we have had several field-based staff members spend some time at it recently and hope you will do the same soon too! We built the space with you in mind, with over 20 spaces for field staff to use at any time, plus complimentary food, drinks, games and WiFi at your disposal.
