Pros

-Flex Time Off -Work from Home

Cons

-Revenue is priority number one over employees and customer experience. You will be expected to bend over backwards so the company can make a few bucks off a deal. -Very poor management. -Lack of inclusion and diversity (just look at the management team). -Low and unequal pay. -Absence of good ethics and morals.

Pros

Unlimited PTO Work From Home Policy Overtime was Rare Directors and Managers did not micro manage their team

Cons

HR does not take complaints seriously Low retention rate across the entire company CEO has a very autocratic and authoritative leadership style - input from other departments was ultimately ignored. Minimal meaningful collaboration. Toxic work environment Lack of followed processes, accountability, and management made all departments' jobs harder on a regular basis No communication on finances - bonuses, raises, and appraisals were always late or last minute Employees were consistently promoted to positions who did not have the proper qualifications or experience. Internal promotion is not a bad thing when the employee is qualified - however this was not usually the case.

Pros

+Work from home +Some great team members +Ok salary

Cons

-Incompetent management and leadership. Managers ask every week what the team's updates are, as if we don't have meetings every morning. -Leadership is looking for someone to blame when things don't work. -Work instructions are vague. Leadership just says "figure it out". Team tries to figure it out, then hears no feedback from leadership until it's close to the deadline.
