Good in terms of salary. Work for BNP Paribas Client and im getting more than what a full time VP earns in bnp paribas
Cons
Visa approval and stamping is a tough thing. Approval is 100%. But some times it ended up in 1 year approval then need renew quickly.. Luckily got approval for 3 years
