I am a recent grad and wasn't sure which direction to take my background in Data Science / Marketing. I was excited to find a group with so many experienced colleagues to learn from and a real pioneer in the consumer data space. Everyone is very helpful and it is fun getting to work on a variety of projects that help businesses of all shapes and sizes drill down on their target audience.
