      Overall Aite-Novarica Group is a great place to work with wonderful teams of talented and passionate people. With decades of experience, our advisors blend their unique backgrounds and exceptional expertise with rigorous data-driven research methods to cultivate the insights that enable our financial services clients to the solve problems and make smarter decisions as they build for the future. I consider myself fortunate be able to make such a meaningful impact and work with so many of our industry’s thought leaders who enjoy what they do.

      Cons

      For some the remote nature of the work can present some challenges. This is overcome by the firm’s collaborative spirit and a very hands-on and committed leadership team. Also the firm’s remote nature allows for a great work/life balance and the flexibility frequently needed to attend personal and family responsibilities.

      Aite-Novarica Group is comprised of industry experts who are now bringing their deep expertise to benefit our financial services clients. Our advisors combine deep background working in industry with a keen intellectual interest, which brings the best of both worlds to our clients. I've been here for more than 10 years and have not once been tempted by other job offers, we have an amazing team of financial services experts who I feel privileged to call my colleagues.

      Cons

      Because we have such an amazing pool of talent, there are often firms that are looking to hire from our ranks. That said, I feel fortunate that we have a high level of sticky-ness...once high performers join ANG, they tend to like their new home!
