Good for starters, not for a long stay
Pros
- Quite near to public transport (10-20mins). - Use a number of techs. Great to get some experience as fresher. - Some free snacks.
Cons
- The environment is way too dull and quiet. Good for extremely focused and introvert person though. - Building maintenance is poor. The lift always broke at least once a week. - Management has no solid direction, only vision (read: pipe dream). Horrible, considering this company has been around for about 20 years but still can't grasp what customers, and not to forget, employees' needs. - Cheapskate. Want a highly experience programmer but paid peas and still has the audacity to claim my salary was 'special' price. No programmer with solid experience and skill would take what they want to offer. - Stingy with their time, but have no respect to people's time outside of work hours. - Always want to play the white knight, like they are helping a lot but it is only true to a certain extent. Most of the case, they don't care about employees' concern but try to act benevolent.
