Good hours and some hard working staff.

Cons

No employee reviews or cost of living raises. Nepotism and very male centric environment. No encouragement for growth or promotion of staff.

Flexibility Possible bonus every year, but not guaranteed Summer employee bbq at Lakeside Country Club Holiday party at Lakeside Country Club 100% Insurance covered by the company

Cons

No room for growth for administrative positions. No annual reviews Communication between Admin and Executives/Corporate is very limited Not a long term position if pay rate stays the same. Bills/rent keep going up, but the pay stays the same.
