Pros
Excellent benefits, vacation days, personal days, meet a lot of awesome people and make lots of contacts. Director is an awesome person and wants to see everyone succeed.
Cons
"boys club", unless you're 'in' with management, you get stuck with crappy hours and bad positions. Exciting opportunities such as DUI Details, etc. are reserved for one or two special people. The rest don't get any opportunities outside of work to do anything exciting. Dealing with angry and hostile people all day (you'll get used to it,) but the lack of support from management is horrible. They'll gladly throw you under the bus to make themselves look good.
