      Management Lies Easily and Doesn't Keep Its Promises

      Pros

      When you spend a considerable time here, you will realize that most people are 100% fake. You musn't trust anyone.

      Cons

      The management of the law firm is the worst. They lie blatantly about your learning, growth, and prospects. All of those were quite poor and terrible. Any time you spend here will be a waste of time and effort. It's ridiculous. Avoid this law firm as your employer and look for another. BEWARE!

      All the good employees who were skilled at their jobs have left or are planning to lave soon. You must avoid it too!

      THE MANAGEMENT WAS TERRIBLE. THEY ARE THE REASON WHY MANY GOOD PEOPLE LEFT. THEIR ARROGANT ATTITUDE MAKES THEM THINK THEY ARE BETTER THAN EVERYONE ELSE WHEN THEY ARE CLEARLY NOT. You will waste your time here by trusting their fake words, as they can lie blatantly and without fear. IT'S BETTER TO AVOID WORKING HERE!

      This place will only depress you. I was miserable working here.

      Pros

      If you're just looking for a job (and not a career) for a year or two, this may be the place. If you're of at least average intelligence and you don't care how well your work functions, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      This place is a horrible place to work if you want to maintain somewhat of a work-life blanace. Several of the paralegals were asked to come on the weekends to complete ridiculous "urgent" tasks without being remunerated for their work. Management will run this place into the ground. They are ALL incompetent. I was miserable working here.
