      The worst company I have worked for in regards to the way employees are treated.

      Pros

      Peers keep the moral up, however that can only last so long. No other support available.

      Cons

      Management is not experienced when it comes to the treatment of staff. Very disrespectful, rude and will not support team members. Not a field that most managers working at DLC should be in.

      Pros

      David Lawrence Center is focused on providing hope to the community. DLC is always looking to enhance the services the services they offer and proactively engages all employees in becoming part of that mission. It’s an amazing work environment because of the passion and dedication of the people who quickly become like family. The gratitude of those who are blesses to work at DLC is seen and felt on a daily basis. DLC values and appreciates and it’s work force and the Golden Gate campus is a beautiful environment to work in, Everyday working at DLC reminds you that there is always hope and that each of us plays a part in being part of the solution.

      In my personal experience over the past year I have not found any cons.

      Pros

      Leadership values their employees, fights hard to provide strong fringe benefits. The opinions of all employees are taken into consideration. Passionate staff, that work hard and support each other.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of the industry, there can be some challenging clients. Patience is required.
