Pros

Good materials available in the teacher resource area as well as supportive colleagues among the other teachers. One on one lessons available for conversation or business classes would be arranged according to your schedule and the student's schedule, which would be held at one of the school locations.

Cons

The school asked for too much flexibility on the part of the teachers. After the schedule started filling up with private, or one on one lessons, the management would feel free to move those lessons around if the student requested a temporary change. This meant the teacher could not plan his or her personal time very well. Larger classes with set schedules went to teachers with more seniority. Staff would sometimes have difficult words amongst themselves about various communication needs or misunderstandings with foreign teachers because their English skills were not as good as needed.

Pros

Relaxed environment, convenient location, pleasant students

Cons

Company not doing well; teachers, paid by the hour, struggle to earn a living with too few hours. Employees squeezed and inadequately compensated. Low effort management. Issues with late pay. The ship is sinking.
