      Good teaching experience, working with students from various backgrounds and skill levels

      Cons

      Too much work for far too little pay - for a part time position they have full time expectations and your students don't know that you are a contract professor so they are very demanding of your time

      None. No organization is perfect, but after working at other similar educational institutions, this was an excellent opportunity and experience.
