Pros
This is really hard because there are none. Well OK if you insist, they look really great through the Myopic eyes of the Owner!
Cons
They say that the employee can become a "Shareholder", they even talk about it to prospects using this as a Selling Tool (Employee Owned). I personally know many previous employees that had "Shares" and have not received a dime while the owner sits like a "Fat Cat". If you ever find yourself on the wrong side of that Owner, watch out! He has been known to Bully and Harass his employees, he actually calls around and tries to "Blackball" previous employees to prevent them from going into this Industry! RUN in the opposite direction, you have been warned!
