      Pros

      Definitely feels like family, but not in the way some family owned situations are. The owners seem to sincerely care about employees all the way down. Will encourage and provide opportunities for growth .

      Cons

      Sometimes they give people too many chances. Definitely going through growing pains. Their is a bit of a divide between field staff and office staff.

      Team work and support from each member. Fun and vibrant place to work.

      Due to the natural dynamic nature of high-end and unique custom construction situations can sometimes become demanding and stressful.

      Pros

      I love working with people who are the best at what they do. The atmosphere is very creative and innovative, and gives everyone room to do their work without micromanaging.

      Cons

      We are running out of space! We've grown so much in the last year, we need to come up with creative ways to use our current office space.
