      Responsibility and significant control of your areas of responsibility.

      Cons

      Owned by true farmers, nice people with zero outside experience in the Entertainment/Amusement Park industry. Family ownership/management outnumber non-family Managers. ZERO growth, expect to be happy where you are for years. Pat is extremely low for amount of responsibility and number of staff/areas you manage.

      Fun summer job, good coworkers, good environment, really nice and great managers and owners, cute animals all over the farm
