Extremely mismanaged. managers play favorites and stick up for the people messing up all the time and scrapping parts constantly costing the company 100's of thousands and dollars in income and firing the wrong people who actually had talent to offer the company. They're always holding meetings about bad revenue as of the shop employees can change that when its a poor management/scheduling problem and no one can take ownership. Annual reviews are horrible here and no bonuses, no holidays perks and only holiday pto if you work 8 hours otherwise you're time isnt worth the same as everyone else's. Managers dont take harrasment into account or seriously and they let it happen just so they dont have to deal with it. Property also wont take ownership for personal property damages to you vehicles on their private property, many employees have had rodent damages to their personal cars reaching up to ten thousand dollars per insurance claim and the management wont even provide their property insurance info to cover employees deductible and they basically tell the employees its not their problem so if ylu plan on working here you may want to think about getting an attorney at some point to recover your property loss when the time comes. If you ever plan on learning more they wont teach you and even if you have good experience they will only hire you as an operator and your talents are not recognized and wasted here almost like they dont read your resume at the start to place you properly
