Pros
$14/hr. isn't awful for an assembly job. Some of the people there are nice and care about the team.
Cons
I wasn't a perfect employee, but I was laid off right after a major orthopedic surgery while I was still on crutches. I have nerve damage for life because I lost my health insurance and couldn't get PT. Management is generally stuck up and treats production as less-than. The usual management vs worker issues. Not much (if any) opportunity for movement.
