For decades of my life Dawn was my home and family. I bragged about working here and how wonderful it was. That is now all gone and I am so embarrassed to say I work here. This place used to be something special. I have never seen anything fall apart like I've seen this year. The whole office is sickened by what happened last week.

Dawn's management team really doesn't have the first clue as to why the business is falling apart. Every day I watch the business decline and the reasons are so obvious. But management doesn't get it. -We have no pipeline of products -We have weak leaders in marketing -We have too many CPG people and very few B2B experts -Discrimination is allowed and encouraged -This month I watched two of the kindest and smartest people be forced out of the company by one disgraceful leader. -you would think this would be discouraged but it was not -When a company allows people to be fired or hurt based on gender or sexuality then I have realized the company has sunk to all time lows -Everything about Dawn is old. The building, the factories, everything -No investment in the factories -Little investment in people -Dawn got a huge tax break this year and record profit but they docked everyone's bonus. For themselves. -No diversity -No innovation or solid R&D -No marketing to support grocery business -The list goes on.
