I found the management to be very controlling which left little room for growth. It was a very unhappy working environment which caused a lot of anxiety, disappointment and resentment.
Given me good hours, a decent pay and I'm getting great training now. High level of food safety and quality. Promotes a strong working atmosphere mostly.
Cons
Took me longer than expected to get where I am. Was a pain working for some of their chefs. Not enough flexibility for local management of their venues.
