Pros
Entry level engineering, it's a good place to start, learn some CAD software. As a contract employee it offered job security, should my contract expire. Daxcon was willing to keep people on and look for work in their office or at another company.
Cons
Almost no opportunity for advancement, for most employees it serves as a glorified job shop or temp agency. You are placed onsite at various companies looking for engineering/CAD support and then are left on your own. The onsite placement are pretty random. In my 6 years with company we went through 2-3 office managers, without much support from the headquarters. Then our office manager would be fired and they'd start all over again.
