Pros
The management really pays attention to the staff and is fairly transparent with us as well. We get pancakes every Friday morning and breakfast burritos on the last Friday of the month when our job is the hardest. Hours are pretty flexible and unexpected life issues are handled very generously.
Cons
It's a phone sales and customer service job so it's difficult to do the same task over and over. We have great training but we could have more consistent re-training.
