How to destroy some great brands

Pros

Lowepro and joby brand names are strong. Fan bases are great. Mostly nice worker bees who just want a decent place to work. 9 to 5 job.

Cons

Every major department is a disaster globally. Supply chain, marketing, design, sales, IT etc. But the worst is the decrepit management team that ruled by fear with no accountability and should have been fired a long time ago except private equity owners were even more incompetent. Big talent drain in 2012 - 2014 as the best abandoned ship.

Good products under the Lowepro brand name which have had high respect in the market place for years.

Cons

Poor direction provided by CEO to Senior Management which has filtered down causing loss of business opportunities.

Cons

Due to the market condition, company is struggle to move forward. Even with strategy to move forward is clear.
