Being able to help clients and okay benefits is about all

Cons

Way overworked for the pay. Salary pay but ended up working 45+ hours each week but was not able to reflect that on time sheets. Favoritism towards some employees

Unprofessional business ethics, simple minded supervisors, lack of education amongst key personnel. Low wages, micromanagement, and favoritism.

The ability to assist the clients which are priority

Cons

Unfair business practices in dealing with employees. Too much favoritism and upper mgmt does not allow you to be innovative or creative with job. Does not promote input from employees.
