The only pro is that the management is totally incompetent to take any decision. Especially the chief of staff and ceo. Both are not even qualified for their positions. They'll sink the company soon.

Cons

Bad top management. Terrible salary and benefits. Incompetent people running the show. The chief of staff is a boot licker .. thinks he's the smartest person but actually he's dumb. The ceo was down with covid 2 times! Not one!! Petty! He still couldn't sell his so called 'product'! Lol! (He should apply for a peon job) No on time salary Complete chaos All positive reviews are from management side only. They forced current employees to write good reviews by bullying them. Why do they even call this a company?? It's a circus with 2 clowns running the show.

"ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS FROM MANAGEMENT SIDE ONLY" Long working hours 12hours+ not just for a week but weekends also. It's regular for people to work like that. Management feels it as part of extending our efforts. Management is very far from the ground reality and does not encourage an open forum of ideas to collaborate, instead they force mandates and believe in the stick approach Highly mismanaged. Higher management don't care about the problems people working down face and keep piling work for people below them. Management responds diplomatically. Poor middle management and inattentive HR. Poor management with regards to work

I have been working at Daytoday full-time for close to a year

Pros

- Always learning and hustling - Good compensation! - Having moved from a different city the team has been really welcoming and never have I felt out of place - Relaxed culture for taking leaves - A fully stocked fridge!

Cons

Work can be long some days but honestly, the walk-in time is flexible in such cases and the managers really don't pry into it unless you are habitually late. Overall it's great really!
