Pros

I have been working at Daybreak for around six months as a Senior Engineer. Overall, my experience has been positive, with good exposure to challenging projects and opportunities to contribute meaningfully. The company provides room for ownership and expects engineers to take initiative, which can be rewarding for those who prefer autonomy. The technical work is engaging, and there is exposure to modern tools and evolving systems. Team members are generally supportive, and collaboration across teams is encouraged. The pace can be demanding at times, so strong prioritization skills are important. Pros: Good ownership and autonomy Challenging technical work Supportive colleagues Opportunities to learn and grow

Cons

Processes still maturing Fast-paced environment
