Pros

At one time this was a great company to work for. Perhaps someday it will be great again.

Cons

Poor management decisions at the highest levels . Lack of intelligent planning Involved with major company projects . New CEO Is trying to run the company like a Benevolent despot, And in the end he's going to drive good people in the sales force/Corporate away, and add another bad decision to the long list of bad decisions management has made.

Pros

The people who worked tirelessly to build a strong business. Unfortunately, those people are no longer with the company.

Cons

Egotistical, unsympathetic management. Plant closures. Continued layoffs. Restructuring the business every other year. Loss of business daily. Lack of innovation and new ways of thinking. Too many silos throughout the global organization. Zero communication internally. Last, but not least, the company is going through yet another sale process.

Great people in office. Was a family atmosphere.

Cons

CEO and those at headquarters do not care. They only want the company to look good to sell. They are running what used to be a great company of 100+ years into the ground.
