Pros

Good benefits compared to the market average. Friendly and fun colleagues; the social atmosphere is genuinely positive. Monthly social events that help team bonding. Flexible working hours, which help with work–life balance.

Cons

Limited motivation and recognition for employees. Career growth opportunities are unclear and seem available only to a few. Lack of transparency when people leave the company, which can create uncertainty. Some difficult behaviors are not addressed, impacting team morale. Salary could be more competitive.

Pros

It was an OK place to work.

Cons

Pension contributions was poor for people who made more than qualified earnings limit. The focus on values felt a bit fake and cultish.
