Pros

Great money even though management cut pay. To bad because you pay big time with your health, your body literally falls apart! Then management gets a raise........Ha!

Cons

They ripped me off after 30 years of dedication, I left at the end of the year and they did not pay me for 5 weeks of vacation. How very sad. There are several lawsuits currently and probably many more.

Pros

Most co-workers were great people and average length of employee tenure is very respectable.

Cons

Very old fashioned; Management is set in old school ways, so there's a lot of turnover with younger generation employees due to the Company's disregard to progress with today's business practices; Company is very focused on keeping long-term employees satisfied, but does not focus on the reality those people will not work forever and therefore adjusting employee appreciation to recognize newer employees is a major necessity.

Pros

Good pay and benefits. They are willing to train you and purchase tools that you need. There is a lot of opportunity to move up quickly if you are qualified.

Cons

The hours are terrible. They will tell you that you will work some overtime in your interview( which is great). What they don't tell you is that it will be 10 hours a day 7 days a week. My work center went 3 months without a day off. If you don't have a family there is good money to be made. If you do, get used to never seeing them.
