Pros

- great atmosphere as a company & with really personal touch - super flexible culture, from working hours, vacation, family priorities - its always very supportive ( with the exception of the customer support team has shifts, therefore less flexibility but still very open to accommodating them with their needs) - high level of ownership & get stuff done, you own solutions and make the difference - making a difference for the customers is always rewarding

Cons

- still a start-up after 10 years, and this has some growing pains in terms of structure and clarity - very independent culture, the teams sometimes who won't have so much overlap do not get to interact if they are remotely

Pros

Great degree of flexibility as to when one takes his shifts, minimal day-to-day oversight but at the same time very high standards.

Cons

The pay largely depends on external factors such as fuel prices.
