Senior Leadership are directionless and clueless Job security is low. Many staff made redundant or fired at a moments notice Job roles are murky so you end up doing everything All Directors are just glorified heads of department and are micro managing, passive aggressive bullies If you’re not based in Gibraltar you are accused of not working If your Microsoft teams light goes amber whilst you’re making a coffee, expect a message asking where you are and what work you’ve got done Amount of meetings is a joke to the point nothing gets done Anyone with an ounce of industry knowledge or experience is left.
