The CEO plays all roles: HR, accounts, manager, and even your time tracker. Every day starts with a new plan (and ends with frustration). No new recruitment, No proper HR or management, only some old favorites who can’t go elsewhere. Pure mental torture wrapped in fake professionalism. Huh! Toxic environment overall.....
