      too much office politics for a small company

      - flexibility - extra perks in addition to salary - relatively high technical knowledge

      Cons

      - a lot of friction between teams and even team members - more focus on "me" and less on "the team" or even "the client" - micro management - "client is always right" with "zero questions asked"

      This company should be called “expendables”. Badly run, with risky gambles on projects(lost) and no strategy, this is a boat that floats when weather is good and sinks hard otherwise. Lies and promises, when the weather is bad, people are just thrown over board. Avoid at all cost!
