Appalling company culture. There was a total lack of direction or strategy from senior leadership. The culture was one of fear and toxicity. Senior leadership were woefully unqualified for their positions and lacked clarity of direction and no real sense of purpose to inspire the teams. The company is also in a spiral of terrible financial performance and constant rounds of redundancies and so called ‘staff restructuring’ which added a palpable sense of fear to the overall work culture of the business.
