      Great if you love coffee

      Toxic culture - the company is run by bean-counters and dinosaurs who haven't kept up with the modern world and always encourage you to do 'more with less'. You will be doing the job of 3, made worse by the fact that the company refuses to invest in actual decent tools or software that could make the job more efficient. They don't care about people, they just want to use you up. There's a bullying culture at the top - the ones who shout the loudest get their way. Management know these problems exist because they show up in every annual survey, they literally just don't care.

      Pros

      Really inclusive and supportive culture. Lots of great opportunities to grow internally. With a range of brands under the label there’s always something interesting going on to sink your teeth into. Great work life balance with a personal life encouraged.

      Pay could be better, not low but not the highest either.
