      flexible working hours arrangement, no working pressure at all great coffee machine and free coffee excellent christmas dinner free wonderful birthday cakes for everyone

      No career development small company, no promotion bonus system is nothing for office employee no hybrid working salary is below the marketing

      great balance of work/life. Have potential to make a healthy 6 figure income. great product and branding

      Cons

      poor management skills. unorganized. the office staff is horrible bad mannered. the sales team is left to manage every aspect of the co which takes away from selling time in the field.
