Pros

May be an ok job for those that are attending college and are looking for something different. Please go anywhere else instead.

Cons

Where shall I begin....micromanaging from the very top down to an extent that is unreasonable. No 401k. Micromanaging. Health insurance is astronomical for quite possibly the worst insurance imaginable. Did I mention micromanaging? Low pay even though they tout themselves on how competitive their pay is, however employees are giving a dollar raise by completing a ridiculous two part test within 2-3 weeks of employment regardless of how much they’ve worked. Micromanaging. I thought I had seen terrible companies that didn’t care about their employees, however that quickly changed and I realized that this was so much worse than anything I had ever encountered. Did I mention dictatorial micromanagement.....similar to that of Mao Zedong. Disagree with the top or have different ideas of how you could help the business grow? Pack your bags, there’s no place for that here.

Pros

Good local company. From the outside, seems like a great company to work for.

Cons

Extreme micromanaging. Had to account for every second of the day by keeping notes of who you spoke with, for how long, regarding what, etc. If you took a restroom break, you had to write it down. Owner had to be copied on all emails that you sent. Wasn't allowed to have your cell phone with you, even in your pocket on silent. Was told that even though I was not paid for the 1 hour lunch, that I would have to use that time to pick up lunch for my direct supervisor and bring it back and eat lunch with him every day.

Pros

Full time hours great starting pay for highschool and college students, Discounts on products, Will work with schedule

Cons

Horrible health insurance cost, expectations are to never speak unless spoken to, management plays psychological games such as not enough employees assigned to one job to make you go faster.
