      Pros

      The pay is good, and they offer many incentives -- like weekly company lunches and yearly company trips (if performance is strong)

      Cons

      Terrible management and a toxic work environment. The CEO would often come into the room and yell at everyone, blaming them for minor errors. I have never been more anxious/stressed in a work environment. At a time, they were firing people so frequently, they were advised by an outside party to have a hiring/firing freeze. Instead of firing, they started to make people's lives miserable to force them to quit. I'm glad i quit when I did!

      Pros

      Steady paycheck until they fire you because they blame you for their carelessness and mistakes, and/or you leave one you figure out there is no career to be had because of nepotism and favoritism.

      Cons

      Negative and toxic work environment. Condescending, out-of-touch, and dysfunctional management team that plays the blame game. Team concept is a farce. High turn over rate.

      Pros

      Coworkers are mostly close knit and team players. Deleon has changed the local real estate market and now has great influence across the board opening manydoors for its employees. The career experience here can't be compared.

      Cons

      Very poor management that has grown very out of touch. Both Ken (founder) and Michael (CEO) make quick emotional decisions and both have changed their focus from their people to how much/little money made. Now there is a aggressive environment in which employees are blamed for just about everything that goes wrong, many times in termination, thought the fault is often managements. Instead of rewarding longterm employees for dedication they reward a handful of favorites for results that werent theirs. And management is clueless at what professional behavior is
