      Honest Review of a Previous Employee

      Pros

      Quick to get an offer after the interview. Probably because this is a scam of a company.

      Cons

      This company is the biggest scam company. All positive reviews are from the managers. You come into work dressed in professional clothes just to have a "pump" up meeting on ways to close the door to door sale. You then find your ride to drive out to the different neighborhoods and you change out of your professional clothes to your "field" clothes where you do door to door sales for the rest of the day. The changing usually happens in a fast food restaurant. Unbelievable. This is why so many people get tricked into thinking this is an office/business position. The professional clothing of employees let's you think that. I would get dropped off in random neighborhoods and left there alone until 7pm waiting for the ride to take me back to the office. I felt abandoned! Not safe at all. Turn away from this scam! There's no benefits, no PTO no 401K NOTHING. I would never recommend anyone to work here. Ever.

      There is no pros IT IS A SCAM

      The company is comprised completely of twenty-somethings who lack professional courtesy. It is door to door selling. You work 6 days a week, 10am-8 or 9pm, working on COMMISSION ONLY, which was barely anything for the amount of time you put into getting it. At the end of the 7 weeks, I had spent more money there then I got. I calculated my pay out and it came out to be less than a few dollars an hour and I did really good. The job is a complete scam and a pyramid scheme. If you're considering working there, DON'T DO IT. The turnover rate there is ridiculous. The entire staff changes every week because of how unfair it was. It really should be shut down. YOU have to drive to far cities, as far as an hour, and you DO NOT get compensated for millage or anything car related.

      Cult-like enthusiasm Will hire anyone with a pulse Learning new skills (lying, walking door-to-door in bad neighborhoods, budgeting ...)

      Cons

      It is not management, it is not marketing, it is 100% commission door-to-door sales. No benefits No salary

      Dear Candidate, Sorry that you had a bad experience with DePere. This is a program where individuals can start at an entry level position and can be further trained and developed into a management role. Thus making this a management training role. Best of luck in all your future endeavors.
