      The money and the quality of products you sell are the definite pro’s to this business...

      Cons

      ZERO QUALITY OF LIFE! You are on call 24/7, 7 days a week, with little to no support from colleagues. Associates are being hired from a third party called Quintiles and I’d say about 10% of them actually make it through training successfully, but end up leaving the job because of the amount of work and intensity of the associate role. Sales reps have to pay their salaries!!!
