      Pros

      Great product - always innovating and adding value for our customers Great people - every person in the company is good at their job and easy to work with Competitive salary and benefits, unlimited PTO, fun team events Work is challenging and rewarding WFH and flexibility in scheduling Company is doing well and is very open about financials

      Cons

      Sometimes I miss the office setting for team building but there are co-working spaces that we can use in both Indianapolis and St. Louis where the majority of team members live

      Pros

      I feel like my work matters. I wanted to play a positive impact on the team when I joined and wanted to feel like my work mattered. After a year (plus), I can say I feel that is the case. We have a mighty team who are all on-board on being a part of the continued growth. We aren't scared to have tough conversations and we celebrate the wins. Great culture and I look forward to being around for a long time.

      Cons

      I do work from home. Luckily, I get to see almost everyone in virtual team meetings and some in person for team outings. This is a con because the people are pretty awesome and getting together more frequently would be fun. Working from home can always be a pro and con. Make sure you make the most of it.

      Pros

      You get to work with a great team of dedicated individuals looking to constantly improve themselves and the business. We believe in giving and receiving feedback graciously, so all you have to do is speak up and your thoughts will be heard. We stick to our core values well, one being no need for overtime, so we have a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      If you aren't looking to be a team player while still having the drive to work as an individual on your projects, this company may not be the right fit for you.
