Pros

1. It's an amazing place to learn and as it is a startup you will get a lot of options to work. 2. The work is challenging and therefore you will not feel that it's getting monotonous. 3. You will actually know about the startup life and journey of a startup.

Cons

1. There is a very slight chance that your voice will be heard as everyone thinks they know it all. 2. For one single thing people will take months to reply as only they have work and you are sitting there doing nothing. 3. The founders act like they know everything and they don't take suggestions and are very rigid in their opinion. 4. The blame game is on point. Be ready to get blamed for each and everything. 5. You will not be appreciated for your work but will surely be criticized for everything you do. 6. During the first 2 weeks your energy and excitement level will be at 100 but after you look at how the company works and how you are micromanaged you will not want to give even 10%. 4. The founders have no coordination and therefore be ready to be insulted in the whatsapp groups.

Pros

Most reviews here are fake. By December 2020, It had a rating of 1.5. Company HR had forced employees to fill Positive reviews. Check the review date and most positive reviews are in same week. My Biggest advice to you - If you consider joining this company, reach out to people who had worked in Dealshare from Linkedin and take their Feedback.

Cons

- Extreme cut throat / blame culture. It is very common for people to be ambushed in WhatsApp groups. You will face resource scarce, everything in this company has been built in hackish way. You would face high pressure to launch campaigns in a day and if anything breaks you will be personally be held responsible. - Unethical - with employees, investors & customers. Policies are designed to screw employees. Never expect hike. Salary you join is going to be the salary you leave. - Mr V, CEO, doesn't trust anyone. No even other co-founders. He would micromanage most employees and expect you to execute exactly what he thinks he wants without you using your head. Your Ideas are not welcome. - Most other co-founders can be seen watching netflix silently. They have been sidelined and the only thing they do is tag you in whatsapp for every message that comes from Mr V.

Pros

Presence in tier two cities .

Cons

Every morning you wake up with surprise here as the top management had dream something last night & they likely execute it next day . Your life is hell if you a are a category manager as they feel these segment of human beings are born to be squeezed. With a danger of salary cuts they are expected to go out in an open market & sell to retailers apart from buying they do. There have been cuts in variable pay which is already a non fixed income. The leaders come with a unique situation every day & sometimes in evening when u are about to logg off. The backend infra is 'desi' & dc people have no automation. They suffer Salary cuts every month . Inspite of having good funding they do chindigiri with their employees. They are clueless how to drive regional team for business. Beside this they use to take daily update on how 9hrs of work has been segregated , what did you do whole day. You are asked to define this on a Google sheet .
